A Reel Cool Lamp

Sometimes a piece comes in and makes you think: who made this? Why did they make this? Is this real? It is so they must have really hated whatever film this is. I wonder what film it is. Looks like something from the 70's. I should text pictures to everyone I know asking if they know. What if it is really weird. What if it is a long lost film that has been destroyed irreparably for aesthetics? Why is the bottom a bike chain?

So, again, any of y'all know what movie this is?
